Totally disappointed- absolutely horrible. Not worth even a penny. Low quality. Flabby. Has no structure. No compartments. Is smaller than what the picture shows.

Not happy
When I ordered my bag, I was not aware of the buy one get one get one free promotion. I emailed my concern and was not pleased with your response. Going forward, allow me to suggest that had you sent the least priced bag or even a wallet, you would have had a customer in many organizations as a pleased customer. Instead, you have someone who is extremely disappointed in your customer service . Therefore, would never order again or recommend your products.
