The product isn’t at high quality or as large as I was anticipating. The best way I would describe it is “thin.” Also, this return process is less than excellent. They make it incredibly difficult to get in contact with customer service in order to return your items. The alternative is store credit, but I am not looking to do that. The original form of payment wasn’t even an option despite it saying that it is in their return policy. Very unfortunate because I’ve only heard great things about this brand, but it’s possible that they inflate and promote their positive reviews and bury their negative ones. I hope that’s not the case though.
