    This bag is way too open for me to use. If it had a zipper on the top, it would work better for me..

    Starp -how to use?

    I bought the Noire Weave Shoulder Bag several weeks ago. While it looks nice, I’ve had an issue from the start — I haven’t been able to attach the strap properly. I reached out to customer support, but so far I haven’t received a helpful response.

    Looks Great, But Not Usable as a Shoulder Bag

    The suitcase is beautiful, but there is an important issue: although it comes with a shoulder strap, it cannot actually be used because there is nowhere to attach it. It is only possible to use it as a hand-carry bag.I contacted customer support about this matter but did not receive any response.

    For those who do not mind not having the option to use it as a shoulder bag, it is a beautiful suitcase.
